REMEMBER this IS NOT the same as Commercial but it is a taste alike list. Since you make these at home it’ll be better than the brought stuff as no preservatives are added.

Boags Premium – Black Rock Lager – Brew kit No. 60 – 500grams of light malt – Premium yeast – Volume 21L.
Boags Strongarm Bitter -Black Rock Export Pilsner – Brew kit No. 42 – Premium yeast.
Budweiser -Black Rock Export Pilsner – Brew kit No. 20 – (Optional) Saaz Hops – Premium yeast.
Carlton Cold -Beermakers Lager – Brew kit No. 20 – (Optional) Premium yeast – Volume 21L.

Carlton Extra Dry -Morgans Australian Draught – Brew kit No. 15 –Cascade-Premium yeast-Dry Enzyme.

XXXX Gold – Morgans Queenslander Gold –400g Corn Syrup + Dextrose – Premium yeast.

ALL GRAINS:
Milk Chocolate Stout –
OG:1060 FG:1023 ABV:4.9% IBU:25 Final volume:19L
Ingredients:
4kgs of Pale Ale Malt.
420 grams of Lactose.
400 grams of Chocolate Malt.
300 grams of Crystal Malt.
200 grams of Black Malt.
225 grams of Coca Powder.
30 grams of Kent Goldings 5% alpha acid (60 mins).
I have used S-04 Safale yeast but you can try White Labs WLP006 Bedford British or Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale.
Mash at 68°C for 60mins
Mash out 76-78°C
Sparge at 77-78°C
Pre boil volume (Braumeister) 25L.
Once the boiling is happening put in the lactose along with the hops.
Add Irish Moss with 15 mins to go along with Wyeast beer nutrient blend(2.2 grams).
Add Coca powder at the end of the boil, stir in well.
Chill the wort to 20°C & aerate thoroughly.
Ferment at 20°C.
